I love this little boy so much! He makes every day 1 million times better. 

By the way, in case you were wondering who my first favorite Valentine is a superhero!

One last thing, I recently left a comment on our Facebook page asking people if they ever felt  like they somehow caused their child to be born with Down syndrome which generated a lot of responses! Speaking of smiles, this little boy’s smile is contagious. Don’t you think?

I snapped this picture while Noah was at occupational therapy, and as you can see, it’s just another day at the super fun office for this kid! By the way, be sure to check out the post that goes with this picture. My wife did a great job talking about how imitation is an import milestone for children. It”s great stuff!

What sort of therapy is your child involved with?

In case you didn’t know October is National Down Syndrome Awareness Month. And in honor of that I wanted to do a few really cool things. Let me tell you about them.

1.  Ask me anything you want!

When Noah was born I didn’t know much about Down syndrome and to be honest I didn’t really know anyone at first who I could run the million questions I had by. All of that has changed now, and I want to be a resource for anyone who may have a question, or just may want to know more.

So head on over to this post, watch the video, and ask any question you have for me in the comments. Nothing is off limits. You can ask me questions about Noah’s Birth Story, the characteristics of Down syndrome, when Noah reached certain developmental milestones, what some of our favorite toys are, why we started posting one minute videos, or anything else you’d like.

So if there’s a question that has always been on your mind, now’s the time to ask!

2. The 2012 Down Syndrome Awareness Month Wall Of Awesome

Noah’s heading to Times Square!

Are we going to be heading to New York City this weekend for the National Down Syndrome Society’s Buddy Walk in Central Park! We are super excited.

I’m also super excited because Noah’s picture was selected to be shown on the big screens in Times Square! Be sure to check out the interview we did our local NBC affiliate about the Buddy Walk and Times Square kick off!

Hello everyone! 

Noah’s having a great time in New York. Today is our 4th day here, and it’s been a huge week!

In fact, today  was especially fun because we got to meet Chris Burke (who played Corky on Life Goes On.)

But, to add to the awesomeness, we go to visit a New York City Fire station! Talk about awesome!
