My son of 7 years by the way is also named Noah also has hypo plastic left heart syndrome along with down syndrome. I can be honest and say is spoiled and every ones favorite. I am having behavior issues.hitting, throwing, not listening in school, etc. What do I do? I want to discipline as I do my others take privileges away, punish, occasionally spanking, but when he comes home with notes saying had problems at school I try to talk to him about it. Its hard. any ideas?
